I am writing to you on behalf of my team and I from New Life Christian Church located in Chantilly, Virginia. New Life will be sending teams on a very important mission trip in 2020.
The trip to rural Kentucky where our team works closely with a local community, many of whom are impoverished. We help to rebuild broken down homes and connect with the local community members. Last year, our team was over 100 people strong, including adults, youth and families.
In order to help pay for our mission trip this year (which will total close to $100,000) we will be holding a silent auction on May 17, 2019. We are a registered 501(c)(3) organization (tax ID number 54-1654905).
We would be very grateful if you would consider donating an in-kind donation of a gift certificate or other items to our silent auction. We will include your logo in all of our advertising for the event and at the event itself. All donations can be sent to my attention at 5111 Pheasant Ridge Road, Fairfax, VA 22030.
