Goldfish Swim School has recently partnered with USA Swimming Foundation and their ‘Make a Splash’ initiative. This fundraising initiative will go directly to supporting children across the country to learn to swim – children who might not otherwise have the opportunity.
During the month of May all Goldfish Swim School locations, including Goldfish Swim School-Reston, will be kicking off our fundraising efforts with our very own ‘Float It Forward’ campaign.
Drowning is the number one cause of injury-related death for children ages one to four. Every dollar put towards the USA Swimming Foundation’s Make A Splash initiative aids in our mission to change this scary statistic. Every dollar helps a child build their knowledge, skills and confidence while having fun and being safer in and around the water.
How can you help? We are kindly asking for donations in any form. We will be hosting a silent auction during the month of May. All proceeds will be donated to the USA Swimming Foundation. Would you consider donating something that we could use for our silent auction??
All donations are needed by April 19th. All donations will be tax deductible. The Tax ID is 72-1581977. We want to thank you in advance for your consideration in helping thousands of children get access to the swim lessons they deserve.
